the SOAKING WET store was founded in 2019 by Johnny De Proost (photo), entrepreneur, water sports addict and the designer behind the brand. Johnny founded the SOAKING WET store as a statement. "The world was becoming to dry, SOAKING WET is all about water and sports, not dry ;-)"
The name SOAKING WET was based on the Dutch translation "Kletsnat" and stands for original water and sports related clothing. Our garments boost your confidence, stamp out stereotypes and make you believe we need to keep it SOAKING WET, not dry.
Organic & recycled
We don’t only strive for originality but also for quality. Our items are very soft and comfy to wear. We use garments made from natural fibers from sustainable plantations. We select fabrics made of organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Fair Wear
The garments we use are delivered by companies who follow the most stringent safety criteria. The choice of factories is based on their compliance with working conditions requirements to be in line with the Fair Wear Foundation criteria.
